Subscription Policy

At Sloom, we offer a subscription program that gives customers a significant introductory discount in exchange for recurring deliveries. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms.
1. Subscription Agreement & the Checkbox
By selecting the subscription checkbox at checkout, you are explicitly agreeing to enroll in our automatic recurring billing program.
If you do not want a subscription, simply leave the box unchecked. Standard one-time purchase options are available at the regular retail price for anyone who prefers not to commit to recurring orders.
2. Discounted Pricing & Minimum Commitment
The introductory discount on your first order is a benefit reserved for our long-term subscribers.
Two-Order Minimum: To qualify for the discounted subscription rate, you agree to receive and pay for at least two (2) consecutive orders (your initial order plus one renewal). Because these lower prices are offered on the basis of a continued relationship, the subscription cannot be cancelled until this minimum commitment is met.
3. Recurring Billing
After your initial purchase, your payment method will be charged automatically for your second order according to the delivery interval you selected at checkout. You authorize Sloom to charge your provided payment method for these recurring costs.
4. Cancellation
We do not offer immediate cancellation for subscriptions purchased at the discounted introductory rate.
Eligibility: Cancellation requests are accepted and processed once your second order has been successfully billed and fulfilled.
How to cancel: Once the two-order minimum is met, you may cancel at any time by emailing our support team at . Requests must be submitted at least 3 business days before your next scheduled billing date to avoid a further charge.
5. Refunds
Processed orders: Once a subscription order (including the mandatory second order) has been processed or shipped, it is final and cannot be refunded.
Contractual agreement: By checking the subscription box, you acknowledge that you are entering into a commitment for a minimum of two deliveries. Refunds will not be issued as a way to bypass this commitment.
6. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, our system will automatically retry the charge. A failed payment does not constitute a cancellation — the commitment for the second order remains active until the balance is settled.
7. Changes to These Terms
Sloom reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Continued use of the subscription service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
